The carefully crafted cookbook includes 504 full-colour pages, 138 original recipes developed by 60 local chefs, 41 farmers’ and artisans’ stories, mouthwatering images, the culinary evolution of our city, a seasons chart, full culinary glossary and tips on how to get more efficient in the kitchen.

The book is divided by ingredients, highlighting the hard work and passion that goes into growing them, from apples and asparagus to carrots, berries, goat, root vegetables and everything in between. The recipes are divided into three difficulty levels, courses and lifestyles, including easy, intermediate, advanced, small plates, mains, desserts, drinks, traditional, vegetarian and vegan.
